2. Platform Architecture & Integrations
- Is your platform built on a modern, scalable, API-first architecture?
→ Yes. ChannelScaler is built on a modern, microservices-based, API-first architecture hosted on Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and interoperability across enterprise ecosystems. The open RESTful framework enables seamless integration with CRM, MAP, and data systems through standard and custom endpoints. - Describe your integration capabilities with core enterprise systems, including: CRM: Salesforce / Marketing Automation: Marketo / Data Enrichment: ZoomInfo, 6sense, Lusha / Lead Routing: LeanData
→ ChannelScaler provides native connectors and configurable APIs for Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot, supporting bi-directional data synchronization for partner accounts, deal registration, leads, and MDF. Integration with ZoomInfo, 6sense, and Lusha is achieved through enrichment APIs and webhook-based workflows. LeanData integration supports automated lead routing and assignment within the PRM-to-CRM flow. - How do you handle real-time data synchronization with Salesforce (e.g., partner accounts, opportunities, deal registration, MDF, leads)?
→ ChannelScaler uses real-time webhook listeners and event-based synchronization for instant data updates between Salesforce and the PRM. Partner account details, deal registrations, MDF claims, and lead objects are updated via field-level synchronization and validated against Salesforce rules to ensure data integrity and audit compliance. - Can your system support multi-instance Salesforce environments (e.g., regional instances)?
→ Yes. ChannelScaler supports multi-instance Salesforce configurations, allowing separate API connections for regional or business-unit orgs while maintaining unified partner visibility and global reporting through the ChannelScaler admin console. - What level of flexibility do customers have for custom API development and data mapping? Are there API constraints or known delays between systems? Can your PRM map to custom fields & objects in Salesforce?
→ ChannelScaler provides full flexibility for custom API extensions and data mapping, supporting custom fields, objects, and hierarchies within Salesforce. The system uses asynchronous message queues for large data volumes to avoid throttling, ensuring near real-time synchronization without performance delays. All objects — including custom ones — can be mapped, transformed, and version-controlled directly through the integration layer or via customer-defined middleware.
3. Partner Onboarding & Enablement
- Describe your capabilities for automating partner registration, approval workflows, and tier assignment
→ ChannelScaler provides configurable partner registration forms and automated approval workflows that trigger based on partner type, region, and submitted data. Once approved, partners are automatically assigned to the correct tier or program track using rules-based logic tied to revenue, certification level, or performance metrics. All workflow steps are fully auditable and support multi-level approvals. - Can you support customized onboarding journeys by partner type, tier, and region?
→ Yes. ChannelScaler supports dynamic onboarding journeys tailored by partner type, tier, or region, including sequential tasks such as training completion, document signing, and profile validation. Admins can design guided onboarding paths using drag-and-drop workflows that adapt automatically when a partner’s status or tier changes. - What tools are available for partner training and certification management?

ChannelGPT is trained on Check Point brand rules, tone, and visual standards to ensure generated content remains compliant.
