Use the Current Structured Customers spreadsheet to review customer contact, login, system ID, and configuration information in one centralized location.
Comprehensive List of Active Customers Review the information maintained for each current customer and open the centralized customer spreadsheet.
The below comprehensive spreadsheet will include the following information:
- Customer Name → The name of the customer or client.
- Domain → The primary website or platform domain used by the customer.
- Main POC Name → The full name of the main Point of Contact (POC) for the customer.
- Main POC Email Address → The direct email address of the main POC.
- Partner Login Path → The URL or login route partners use to access the platform.
- Partner Login Type → The method partners use to log in (e.g., SSO, Auth0, username/password).
- Vendor Login Path → The URL or login route vendors use to access the platform.
- Vendor Login Type → The method vendors use to log in (e.g., SSO, Auth0, username/password).
- CATID → The customer’s Category ID in the system (if applicable).
- CSID → The Customer Site ID used internally.
- Notes →Any relevant notes such as special configurations, exceptions, or additional contacts.
